Description :
This programme highlights the duty and responsibilities of an employer at workplace to allow establishment of a safety and health committee once their number of employees at any one time exceeds 40 people under Section 30 of the Act. It also provides an overview of how a safety and health committee functions at workplace to fulfil its purpose of establishment under Section 31 of the Act.
在第30条有关法律条文下，这个课程强调只要职场雇员的人数超过40位，雇主必须在工作场所成立一个安全和健康委员会。另外，此课程也述说在第31法律条文下，如何实行职场职业安全与健康委员会的功能。

• To foster cooperation and consultation between management and workers in identifying, evaluating and controlling hazards at workplace

PROGRAMME OUTLINE课程大纲
This course content covers the essential elements of the legislations that require an employer to allow establishment of safety and health committee at workplace, the objectives and the functions. It goes further to address on the issue of membership of the committee and the effective way of conducting the safety and health meeting.
此课程涵盖立法的基本元素，要求雇员允许在工作场所成立安全和健康委员会，以及它的目的和功能。课程也延伸至委員會的成員資格、有效执行安全和健康会议的方法。
