Terms of Payment
* A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of reservation and the balance must be paid 2 weeks before departure
* The booking is confirmed once the deposit is made
* Cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of the total amount
* Any cancellation after the full pre-payment is made will not be entertained / refund
