What’s a Stirring machine (Compost Plant)?
That is a machine for making compost from organic waste such as animal droppings and kitchen garbage by fermentation, and it is called a fermentation machine in other word. There are many kinds of compost machines from small home compost machine to large industrial compost plant. RA-X is the plant aiming at industrial use for treating waste in grate volume.
Current Compost Machines
Compost plants have been classified roughly into two uses, for public works and for stock farming. The plants for public use have been of a very large-scale, and as initial and maintenance costs were very high, it was difficult for a private entrepreneur to handle generally.
On the other hand compost plants for stock farming have been constructed simply compared with the plant for public work because initial cost was considered to be the most important. It was necessary for users to get skill such as water adjustment. A break down of the machine happened frequently when water adjustment was not good enough and after-service by manufacturers were insufficient.

The necessity of recycle of organic waste in great volume is increasing more and more in the future and this plant is just suitable for the purpose. The maintenance cost as well as initial cost is reasonable. It is difficult to find plant being equal to this one. Because of little bad smell during stirring work, diffusion of bad smell to neighborhood is very little and a measure to prevent bad smell when constructing new plant is very easy.
