Description : Tour Itinerary: -
Day 1 ~ Lunch & Dinner
0830hrs Pick up from hotel in Kota Kinabalu. Transfer to Kampung Bavanggazo – Kudat Rungus Longhouse which situated 98 kilometres or three hours drive from KK City. Upon arrival, check in and explore the surroundings and get acquainted with the local people. Seeing it is to believe it. It takes us back in time when a close-knit family was the essence of existence. Rungus people stay in typical longhouses: traditional houses made of natural products such as bamboo, rattan and bark. Local lunch is served at the longhouse. Evening, transfer to the “Tip of Borneo” and witness the spectacular sun sets and breathtaking view where the South China Sea and Sulu Sea meets. Dinner served at local restaurant. Return to longhouse for overnight stay.
Day 2 ~ Breakfast & Lunch
Breakfast at the longhouse. Check out and return to Kota Kinabalu. En-route, stopover to see the Gong Factory – where you can see the art of making the gongs from scratch and Bee Farm – where you can see how the villagers smoke the bees out, gather the honey and prepare it for sale. Lunch at local restaurant before return to hotel.
