AIR CONVEYOR SYSTEM & TIMING SCREW DEVIDE: Empty bottles are transferred by the air conveyor system, to ensure high stability for the bottle handling during high speed transport operation. And bottles transferred with fixed interval to the in-deed star wheel of the Rinser by the timing screw device. RINSER Rinser equipped with clamp grippers to clamp the bottles on the neck-ring and then turn it upside-down so that the spray nozzle goes into the bottle during the rotation to assure the highest efficiency to the rinsing operation. And variable-jet distributor equipped with hydraulic sealing device, unnecessarily adjust the strength of sealing pressure. STR WHEEL & GUERD DEVICE: Bottle are transferred form the timing screw through Rinser & Filler to Crapper by the bottle neck-ring hanging type Star Wheel & Guard device. Then transferred to discharge conveyor by the stirrup-cam type star & guard device. AIR-BEVERAGE SEPARATING TYPE OVERFLOW FILLER: All the components of the filler which contact the drink are made of stainless steel and sanitary material. And in consideration that all kinds of dirt are easily to accumulate in thread of spring, it does not adapt any parts of this hike. Thus this filler can be disinfected thoroughly and then meet the Standard of National Food Sanitation.
