Pinnacle Brownie Mix

Process
1. Add sugar, egg and water and mix at slow speed till sugar dissolves ( 5 minutes)
2. Add brownie mix and vegetable oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape and mix at slow speed for 3 minutes.
4. Fold in nuts for 30 seconds (optional).
5. Pour into baking tins and bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes to 40 minutes (until baked).
Packaging
· 10kg in plastic lined paper bag.
Shelf Life / Recommended Storage
· 6 months, when stored in its original unopened packaging.
· Store in clean dry conditions at less than 25°C, away from direct sunlight and avoid water contact. Packet shall be closed if not completely used after opening.
