Oxygen radicals are produced in our body system to fight against viruses and bacteria which happened to enter into our body. Due to a number of factors such environmental pollution, chemicals, stress and etc. under modern-day life, more oxygen radicals may be produced than necessary. These excess oxygen radicals(also called free radicals), if not neutralized, could cause a number of problems including attacking the body’s own cells, resulting in the cells attacked to become cancerous or combine with lipids (fats and oil) forming lipid peroxides which cause blockages and thinning of
